This three-day tour to the Dzungarian Alatau and Burkhan-Bulak Waterfall is not the most popular among tourists due to the considerable distance and difficulty of the route. The mountain road over the pass takes up a significant part of the time. But it must be admitted that the nature of these places deserves close attention. The views into the waterfall’s gorge valley from the “Kapal Izvoz” pass are simply breathtaking. This tour appeals mostly to those who have already visited all the natural attractions of Almaty Region and are eager to see something new — and not just see it, but recharge themselves with a huge surge of emotion from contemplating and walking through these places. A trip to this area is the perfect way to gain new and unusual impressions of the nature of Almaty Region.
